Hello Health Freedom Community! We hope this email finds you well and enjoying the cooler temperatures of fall.
As a community organization, Health Freedom South Dakota is governed by a board of directors. We are pleased to share that two individuals have joined the HFSD Board of Directors. Their addition to the board will help continue to affect positive change in South Dakota and guide and inspire those that are seeking support on their health freedom journey.
HFSD board members volunteer their time and energy to directly impact our community and our organization. At the end of 2021 two former board members decided to step down from their positions. I extend a heartfelt thanks to Directors past for their contributions and dedication to HFSD’s mission. Their work and diligence has been a priceless gift to the health freedom movement.
Our new board members were asked to join HFSD and both prayerfully considered the invitation before accepting. I am excited to congratulate and welcome to the Board two new members. I am grateful to have these individuals join the board and bring their unique talents, expertise and perspectives to the work of the organization in order to further our vision of both protecting health freedom and fighting persecution through advocacy and grassroots efforts.
Below are bios of each of our newest members.
Stacia Buchholtz, President
I am a stay-at-home-homeschooling-small-business-owning-freedom- and-Jesus-loving mom of four kids. I have been married to my husband, Dustin for 19 years and going strong. The fight for health freedom was forced upon our family when our oldest was born 16 years ago. He developed seizures and other reactions following his checkups. After receiving misleading answers from the medical community, we embarked on our own journey and are taking as many people as we can with us! I love nature and camping, animals and gardening, music and the color yellow. After much prayer and consideration, I am excited to take on this role with Health Freedom South Dakota. I will be stretching myself and growing into this position, but I know God has his hand in this. I am eager to be a part of the movement in this capacity.
Jacki Waldner, Vice President
I am a born and raised citizen of South Dakota; a homeschooling, stay-at-home mom of 3, self-employed, hiking and animal enthusiast, as well as a professional women's tackle football player with the WFA. I have been married to my husband, Nick, for 10 years and have been fighting for health freedom for the past 6 years. Although I was blessed to have the medical freedom fight shared with me early in my family's health journey, I look back on a medical history littered with mis-informed consent, false information, and outcomes that could have been different had "we just have known". I stand for my future, my family's future, your future, and your family's future and I am excited to stand alongside Health Freedom South Dakota as we educate, protect, and advocate for the rights of the citizens in our communities and across our great state. I am eager to hear your stories and work alongside you all. May God bless you, give you unexplainable peace, and guide your steps.
Stacia and Jacki have been working diligently over the past several to bring you an amazing event this scheduled for December. If you haven’t seen the announcements on the book of faces because you’re not on that platform, please keep an eye on your inbox for further announcements.
God’s freedom and blessings,
